Before... This northern Virginia
landscaping project involved an existing pressure-treated deck recessed between
two additions to the house, with no view of the garden.
...and After The deck was opened and extended past the additions to integrate house and garden. Steps cascade into the garden. The deck is made of Evergrain™, a recycled composite material. The flagstone terrace was added to do double duty as entertaining space as well as for family ping-pong tournaments.
