ABOUT MARTY HAYS - Northern Virginia Landscape Designer Marty Hays holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art, is a graduate of The George Washington University's Landscape Design Program and a certified Master Gardener. Her landscape design work has been recognized by the Landscape Contractor's Association of MD, DC & VA. Designing and building large and small residential gardens for the past 24 years, she leads her own garden design firm, Design InSite, LLC, located in Annandale, VA. Her office serves Northern Virginia and the Washington Metro area. In keeping with her interest in native plants, creating urban habitats, and sustainable practices, Marty is currently pursuing a Certificate in Sustainable Landscape Design from The George Washington University. Marty is a member of The Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD), The Green Building Institute, The Virginia Native Plant Society, and the Landscape Designers' Group (LDG).
